Connie Sponheim Bauer is the biological sister of David Jon Sponheim. She did not raise David Jon Sponheim. His parents raised him. that is why he provided hand to mouth care for them until their death. His father appreciated this care and willed his house to David.
David in no way pressured his Father into designating David as the Sole Beneficiary of his Will. The Letter of the Law was followed during his Father's Probate.

Any allegations made by Connie Sponheim Bauer are unsubstantiatable and breach Slander/Defamation/Libel Laws. David has worked for various employers as a faithful employee. He has been self employed for the greater part of his Adult Life. His Jobs included Managing T-Shirt Printing Operations, Commercial Television Production and Radio Newscasting/Advertising.

David does not consider all of his biological relatives as "Family". He was sued by Connie Sponheim Bauer and settled out of court. Both David and Connie signed a document ending any further Litigation. David has No Record of Mental Illness. He has a perfect Record. Any attempts to further Slander and Libel his Good Name, by Connie Sponheim Bauer, and any other Facilitators, will be noted and added to the ongoing investigation into a Slander/Defamation/Libel Case.

In law, defamation is the communication of a statement that makes a false claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, government or nation a negative image. Slander refers to a malicious, false, and defamatory spoken statement or report, while libel refers to any other form of communication such as written words or images.
