Donations or contributions from corporations, labor organizations, federal government contractors and foreign nationals are prohibited. Federal law requires us to obtain and report the name and mailing address of anyone making donations that exceed $50 as well as the occupation and name of employer of anyone making donations that exceed $200 in a calendar year. Only the Democratic and Republican party candidates may run in the primary
