Polled for any of its candidates equal to or more
than 1 percent of the total number of votes cast for
the offices of Representative in Congress in the last
general election
Or petition: 1% of the total number of votes cast
at the last preceding general election for the offices
of Representative in Congress (in 2004, this was approximately 5,015 signatures),

recognized minor parties in Nevada
