Environmental Clean up

The EPA's Superfund for Environmental Clean up needs to be actively implemented for the purpose it was intended. Over 200 Superfund Clean Up sited in the U.S. need to be thoroughly decontaminated using state of the art techniques like Steam cleansing, neutralization, carbon filtration and containment.
Companies need to take responsibility for production and safely disposing of industrial waste. Without this mechanism, we will face a much larger problem of pollution in the long run. We also propose harvesting existing landfills for precious metals and methane.
This plan will begin to ensure that all people on the planet have the ability to prosper.
