Download an In-Kind contribution form to report your expenditure for the printing of campaign materials. Please email the filled out form to americasthirdparty@gmail.com. In-kind contributions count toward your contribution limits. An individual may contribute a maximum of $5,000 per year. Joint contributions may be a total of $10,000 per year. Please take the time to complete this form precisely. Your willingness to provide the requested information will help keep the committee in compliance with federal law. Thanks for your contribution!

Host an America's Third Party Fundraiser

There is a reason it's called a political "party." We believe politics should be fun! Help build the newest American political movement by hosting a LIVE Party in your area. Social networking brings people together. Your party will allow people a place to connect and communicate. We want to hear what you have to say. So, call your brother, get together, and join the Party. If we join forces, we CAN change the system. You can choose to host an informal gathering, just to spread the word about America's Third Party, or host an exclusive event with a reserved guest list. We can help you sell tickets through our website. All money collected will go to helping America's Third Party. You must mail any money received for America's Third Party to us within 10 days of receipt. Email Us for more information.

Start Fund-raising- Being a Conduit of Funds

Are you ready to be more involved in politics? You can become an official America's Third Party Conduit and Start raising Funds for America's Third Party. Anyone who collects money for America's Third Party must comply with all Federal Laws. We will help you to ensure you comply with all laws. CONDUIT VOLUNTEERS MUST FORWARD ANY MONEY RECEIVED AND SEND A LETTER TO AMERICA'S THIRD PARTY, WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT, THAT CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: The Money in the Form of Cash, Check, Money Order, or Other. 1.Date the Conduit Received the money. 2.Date the Conduit Forwarded the money. 3.Amount of Original Contribution (No Cash over $100/Person). 4.The name and mailing address of the original contributor (if over $50). 5.The occupation and name of employer of the contributor (if over $200). 6.Any Special Designation by the contributor (i.e. Use in General Election). ALL CONDUITS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL FEDERAL AND STATE ELECTION LAWS, especially those regarding the forwarding of contributions. No corporation, labor organization or other entity prohibited from making contributions in connection with federal elections may act as a conduit. CONDUITS MAY NOT COMMINGLE AMERICA'S THIRD PARTY FUNDS WITH PERSONAL FUNDS. Once AMERICA'S THIRD PARTY Receives the Forwarded Contribution, WE WILL SEND THE CONDUIT A LETTER with all Necessary Information READY TO SIGN AND SEND in a pre-stamped addressed envelope TO THE FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION to ensure compliance with Federal Law.

Getting on the Ballot

Political Party status is determined by ballot access. Ballot access is governed by state law. Each state has it's own rules and regulations. Help us Get on the Ballot in Your State. We provide more information on specific state pages (Lower-Right). Do you feel like you are NOT being represented? Have you tried communicating with politicians, only to encounter pleasantries and no real action? Do you think you can do a better job making decisions that affect us all? Maybe it time for YOU to become an America's Third Party Candidate and run for Political Office. Let us know if you are interested in running as an America's Third Party Nominee. We will help you through joint fundraisers. Getting on the ballot is the first step for America's Third Party to gain Party Status, popularity and notoriety. We will post updates of an America's Third Party ballot access gains in each state.

Start a Local America's Third Party Chapter

Or, you can start your own Local America's Third Party Committee. You will need to comply with all Federal Election Campaign (FEC) rules and regulations, including registration and reporting obligations. We will help you through the process. Once you register with the FEC, America's Third Party can hold joint fundraisers to help support your efforts. Email us if you are interested.
